EXERCISE!!!!

Yes, yes. Exercises! I do exercises, and here is where you can read what I’m currently doing!! =D

Morning Routine:

None.

Afternoon Routine:

70 Pushups

50 Bicept Curls with 10 pound dumbells

50 Crunches with left foot over right

50 Crunches with right foot over left

[Iunno if they make a difference though. lol.]

50 Bycicle Crunches

Concentrating more on my stomache area than anywhere else. x.o I knows that crunches don’t work the fat off, but  blah. .-.; If you look at my goals list, you’ll know what I’m aiming for, so the numbers will keep increasing. As long as I keep updating. lol.
